About Eunice

My husband and I have been married for 38 years, I'm a Mother of 2 children and now a Grandmother, I understand the importance of the union of marriage and the value of a loving family relationship. Hobbies: I taught many arts and crafts through the years, love to paint and I still teach Folk Art. Over the years I have become interested in the Metaphysical or spiritual realms and have been known to do a Tarot Reading now and again. I do house cleansings to take away negative vibes, and I help people with Reiki Healings. I have been blessed with a patience, understanding and insight that helps me write very sensitive and meaningful ceremonies. From an early age I knew that my reason for being on this earth was to help people and I care deeply about every person I meet. Family is a very important part of my life, I know what it is like to lose members of my family and I know what it is like to welcome new family members. I especially love children, they bring sunshine when the skies are grey. They come into our lives and turn our world upside down in the nicest possible way. I love animals and in my home my four legged humans are important members of the family. I come from a family of long lasting and loving marriages and so too does my husband. I love meeting people and from a very early age I new that my mission in life was to help others. I enjoy music and painting both in oils and acrylics but the most important things in my life are my family and friends. Using my creative writing skills and my sensitive and loving nature, I write beautiful and meaningfull poetry. It will be an honour to write and conduct your ceremony for you.

Wedding Traditions & Superstitions

Honeymoon

In northern Europe, the groom needed to kidnap and keep his bride for one month, or ‘moon’, to consider her his wife. By drinking metheglen, a wine made from mead and honey, the groom hoped to keep the bride docile enough to manage this feat! Drinking honey mead for one ‘moon’ equals honeymoon.
